How do I install GiftWrapStack?
Search for "GiftWrapStack" in the Shopify App Store, click Install, and authorize the app. The gift wrapping widget will appear on your product pages automatically once you enable it in the app settings.
The widget isn't showing on my product page
Make sure you've enabled the GiftWrapStack app embed in your theme settings: Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds → toggle GiftWrapStack on. Then check that gift wrapping is enabled in the app's Configure tab.
How do I add a gift wrap option?
Open the app in Shopify Admin, go to Configure → Wrap Options, and click "Add option". Give it a name, price, and optionally an image and description. Click Sync to push it to Shopify.
How does the gift wrap fee work?
When a customer selects gift wrapping, a separate "Gift Wrapping" line item is added to their cart at the price you set. The fee is charged through Shopify's normal checkout — no separate payment processing needed.
Can customers add a gift message?
Yes. When gift wrapping is enabled, a message field appears below the wrapping options. The message is attached to the product in the order, so your fulfilment team can see it when packing.
Does it work with drawer/mini carts?
Yes. Both the product and the gift wrap fee appear in the mini cart/drawer cart. The widget itself appears on product pages and optionally on the full cart page.
Can I customise the widget appearance?
On the Starter plan and above, you can customise the accent colour, border radius, and font size to match your brand. The widget inherits your theme's fonts automatically.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open the app in Shopify Admin, go to the Plans tab, and select a different plan. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. To cancel completely, uninstall the app from your Shopify Admin.
